Self Critical Report Card

Being really hard on yourself when things aren’t perfect. This usually leads to feelings of frustration when you don’t meet your own high standards, disappointment in yourself for percieved failures, self doubt about your abilites and self worth, and anxiety of possibly not meeting these pre-concieved notions of perfection. Negative self image and hurtful to mental health.
